Can grow over a 24" leaf with the proper conditions.
This plant does not like cold, its ideal temperature is between 55-75 degrees F.
Mid maintenance, does like a degree of humidity to its environment
Prefers bright indirect light. Though there is much debate on if this prefers dabbled light or partial shade, due to its native conditions. Direct light on this plant will cause yellowing leaves. Giving this plant bright indirect light will also lead to larger leaf growth.
These plants are found in the jungles underneath canopy, they like their soil semi moist.
Well draining soil is great. Use a mix of potting soil (or coir), perlite, charcoal, and orchid bark.

Yes, but not commonly.
IS IT POISONOUS/TOXIC?
Yes. This plant is considered toxic.
CAN IT BE PROPAGATED FROM CUTTINGS?
Yes! Cut off offshoots from the mother plant that has visible rootlets, cut about an inch lower than this, and you can either prop box this, or put it in moss in a growers cup.
Common pests: Spider mites. / Other common ailments: Leaf spots, fungal spots, bacterial rot.
