If this plant is put in low light conditions, it can have a very real possibility of reverting back to its original cultivar state. Too much sun on these leaves can turn the pink brown. So its finding the happy medium of bright light, with some direct.
WATERING:
These plants are found in the jungles underneath canopy, they like their soil semi moist. They also like some humidity in the air. While they can grow in typical household conditions, they struggle to unfurl their new leaves if they dont have some moisture in the air.
SOIL:
Well draining soil is great. Use a mix of potting soil (or coir), perlite, charcoal, and orchid bark.
IS IT POISONOUS/TOXIC?
Yes. This plant is considered poisonous to animals and children.
CAN IT BE PROPAGATED FROM CUTTINGS?
Yes! These are very easy to propagate, simply cut where a node is on the plant, best if there are already 2-3 leaves attached to it. You can then either air layer it to grow roots before cutting, or take the cutting and place into wet growing moss with growing powder  to get new roots to form before transferring to soil.
POSSIBLE ISSUES:
Common pests: Spider mites. / Other common ailments: Leaf spots, fungal spots, bacterial rot.
